If you want to learn how to write a guitar solo, you need to see you as the teacher. Most people start by learning riffs and licks from records. You do not need to learn all the solos note for note but you can still collected a set of sequences notes of guitar you want.
If you think you sound too much like the artist you are copying, not to worry. Gradually you make your own voice as you progress. If you find that you spend much time thinking about the guitar solos that night you want to carry a laptop everywhere with you so you can try your ideas when you're near a guitar.
The first thing you need to learn to write a guitar solo is a set of techniques that allow you to play a guitar solo. Here's a quick list:
Bending notes. You start playing a note and bend of the guitar strings with the fingers you use to worry about the rating given to the next note you are looking for. You can go up to a half-step a stage together, and half a step or two steps. You can then, if you wish, let the rope go if you return to the original note that you started with.
Pulling out notes. Pluck a note and have a ready finger second at a lower hoop so that the finger than you started with lets go so that the second note is heard.
Hammering on the contrary to make shots. You start with a finger fretting a note and a second finger ready to hoop the next note. You select the channel and the hammer of the next note with your finger second.
Sliding. You worry a note and make drag up or down the chain to the next note. You can even drag on to two ropes and drag ropes.
Vibrato is a technique in when you look at the thread and decompose quickly to extend the note you play. In fact, the noise you make is the string that oscillates between two notes.
Tapping. You tap the handle with a right hand finger to produce a note.
Palm muting is where you bring the music to a sudden stop by damping the strings of the guitar with the palm of your right hand.
Other equipment you will need to write guitar solos are a metronome, and a book containing patterns. When you get a chance experiment with the modes on a solo you happen to work with yet. You will find it adds a little interest added to a bunch of notes that you are sick to death of hearing and reading.
There are no rules for solos guitar. There is no right place to play any particular note. Just follow the chords of a song or scale that you want to work.
