Guitar Player magazine or Acoustic Guitar Magazine?

It's for my bf – he is self-taught on acoustic guitar and still learning, writing his own music, probably at an intermediate level, like folk, old type of rock like Neil Young. Which would be best for him?

I recommend the acoustic guitar magz.He already know the basics as far as efficiency goes so let him finetune that presenting a another dimension.
